WINDOW/DOOR INSTALL CREWS NEEDED - BUFFALO & SURROUNDING AREAS

Leading / established local home improvement company (Window World of Buffalo / Jamestown) seeking experienced independent contractor window and door installation crews to handle a large and growing backlog of work, along with an influx of expected sales that will happen this spring. We have the volume to provide a qualified crew with Full-time work all season.

We currently have significant volume in Buffalo, as well as Jamestown, Rochester, and Syracuse, and are actively adding crews.

What We Offer:

• Steady, year-round work
• Weekly pay
• High-volume assignments available immediately
• Earning potential up to $10,000 per week for productive crews

We’re Looking For Crews Who:

• 3+ years of window and door installation experience
• Deliver clean, professional installs
• Are dependable and communicate well
• Respect customers and their homes

Requirements:

• Own tools and reliable truck/van
• General Liability, Workers Comp, and Commercial Auto insurance
• Ability to pass background/background check
• Verifiable installation experience
• EPA Lead certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
