What You’ll Be Doing
Installation crews will be responsible for:
- Installation of residential windows in new construction homes.
- Pickup of windows from warehouse and transportation to site.
- Ensuring proper sealing, flashing, and weatherproofing
- Maintaining quality installation standards and safety protocols
- Communicating progress with the project coordinator
- Projects are scheduled in advance, allowing crews to plan their work and maximize productivity.
- We focus on organizing the work so crews can focus on installation.
- Consistent project pipeline in the Indianapolis area
- Pre-scheduled installation workflow
- Coordination of material logistics and delivery
- Weekly payment cycle
- Ongoing opportunities for high-performing crews
To participate in the program, crews must meet the following requirements:
- Established installation crew (2–4 installers preferred)
- Proven experience installing residential windows
- Must operate as a registered business entity (LLC or similar)
- Ability to maintain general liability insurance
- Must provide basic installation tools and equipment
- Reliable transportation
- Commitment to quality workmanship and professionalism
- Work is offered on a subcontract basis
- Crews are scheduled based on available project openings
