You’ll be responsible for both installation excellence and solving problems when they arise.
Your responsibilities include:
● Leading residential window and door installation projects.
● Deliver an exceptional homeowner experience from arrival to final walkthrough.
● Communicate professionally with homeowners, teammates, and management.
● Ensure every installation meets our quality standards.
● Diagnose and troubleshoot installation, product, and service issues.
● Complete warranty and service work with professionalism and efficiency.
● Train and mentor installation team members.
● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
● Protect customers' homes and leave every project cleaner than you found it.
● Identify potential issues before they become problems.
● Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity.

We're looking for an experienced Lead Window & Door Installer / Service Technician who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a company that values quality, integrity, and continuous growth.

Qualifications

Required:
● Experience installing residential replacement windows and doors.
● Experience performing service calls and warranty repairs.
● Brake expertise.
● Strong carpentry skills.
● Ability to diagnose and resolve installation and service issues independently.
● Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
● Can pass a background check.
● Ability to lift and carry construction materials safely.
● Must provide personal hand tools.

Preferred:

• Exterior trim experience.
• Siding experience.
• Roofing knowledge.
• Crew leadership experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Schedule
● Full-Time
● Monday–Friday
● Overtime on occasion
