We are BUSY and looking to hire** for a wood flooring position.**

No experience? That’s OK — we will train the right person.

Experience sanding/finishing floors? Even better — higher pay available.

What you’ll be doing:

• Sanding and refinishing hardwood floors
• Occasionally assisting with installs (if experienced – BIG PLUS)
• Working with a crew on residential jobs

What we need from you:

• Show up ON TIME, ready to work
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to handle physical work (this is NOT a desk job)
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation (non-negotiable)
