Woodshop Helper — Full-Time

We are a well-established finish woodworking shop with over 30 years in business, seeking a full-time helper to join our team. This is an entry-level position focused on supporting experienced craftsmen in the production of high-quality cabinetry, furniture, and other fine finish woodwork.
This is a unique opportunity to learn directly from a craftsman with extensive knowledge and decades of hands-on experience. Candidates who are motivated and willing to apply themselves will gain valuable, marketable skills in a specialized trade.
Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with all aspects of shop production as directed
• Material handling, organization, and general shop upkeep
• Supporting finish woodworking projects including cabinetry and custom furniture
• Following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment

We are looking for someone who is:

• Physically capable and comfortable with sustained manual labor
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to quality work
• A quick learner who takes direction well
• Eager to develop skills and grow within the role
• Prior woodworking or shop experience is a plus, but not required
