Woodworking Shop Project Manager

Seeking a very organized person to manage multiple furniture and millwork fabrication projects ongoing simultaneously. English and Spanish speaking is a major plus. Previous furniture and cabinet making experience is REQUIRED. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Job site measuring
• Shop drawing review and troubleshooting
• Material ordering for both fabrication and finishing supplies
• Schedule/deadline tracking
• Liaising with designers, architects and general contractors and their project managers
• Tracking changes/change orders
• Specialty hardware research and implementation into projects
• Communicating with shop fabricators, finishers, and job site installers so everyone is on the same page
