Woodworking shop wanted, CNC cut and finish flat-pack MDF panels, repe

I sell custom radiator and PTAC covers direct to homeowners and I am looking for a shop to produce them on an ongoing basis. I supply drawings and DXF files. You cut, machine, finish and pack. Nothing gets assembled at your end.

Four flat panels per unit, 3/4in MDF or Medex. A front with a machined face, two side panels, a top. Largest panel about 50 x 24in. Sizes change every order, so this suits a shop set up for custom work rather than a fixed production run.

Machining: through-slots on one front style, a pocketed recessed shaker panel on the other. 15mm blind cam bores, 8mm dowel bolt holes in the panel edges.

Finishing: sand to 180 grit, seal all cut edges, prime, plus two color coats where a color is specified.

Four units sold and waiting now, growing, repeat monthly.
