WORKING CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN - RESIDENTIAL

Small family-owned property management and construction company is looking for a working foreman for residential jobs.
This is a hands-on role. You'll follow the plans, lead the crew and work right alongside them.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Run a small crew on residential remodels and ground-up builds.
• Foundations, Framing, finish carpentry, drywall, doors and windows, general repairs.
• Order materials, and keep jobsite organized
• Work directly with the owner and coordinate subs (plumbers, electricians, roofers, etc.)
• Keep the job site safe and clean

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 5+ years in residential construction, with foreman or crew-lead experience
• Skilled across multiple trades and able to figure things out on your own
• Reliable, organized, and can manage people
• Valid driver's license and your own hand tools
• Takes pride in the work and shows up ready to go

PAY: Depends on skill level - $30-$50/hr

LOCATION: Sonoma area. Reliable transportation required, you'll be driving between sites.
