WORKING INDUSTRIAL ELECTRICIAN FOREMAN – BAKERSFIELD, CA

We are currently hiring a Working Industrial Electrician Foreman for ongoing industrial projects in the Bakersfield area. We are seeking a dedicated, team-oriented leader with strong technical capability in industrial environments to lead crews, execute work efficiently, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

JOB DETAILS:

• Position: Working Industrial Electrician Foreman
• Location: Bakersfield, CA
• Pay Rate: $40.00 – $42.00 / hour (DOE)
• Schedule: Full-Time (Overtime Available / Preferred)

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Foreman Experience: Minimum 12 months of experience as an Electrician Foreman / Crew Lead required.
• Industrial Experience: Strong, hands-on industrial electrical background required (No J-Card required).
• Technical Certifications / Skills: Man lift experience required.
• Licensing & Transport: Valid CA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Travel: Willingness to travel is preferred.

TRADE CAPABILITIES & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Conduit Running: Capable of running general conduit runs (1/2" – 2" EMT, GRC, PVC Coated Ocal, and Stainless Steel).
• Systems Knowledge: General understanding of 24V, 120V, and 480V electrical systems.
• Equipment & Gear: Deep understanding of Switch Gear, PDP, MCC, and DP; experienced in cable tray installation.
• Wiring & Automation: Hands-on experience with wire pulling, controls, automation, and terminations.

• Instalación de Tubería Conduit: Capaz de realizar corridas generales de tubería conduit (1/2" a 2" EMT, GRC, PVC Coated Ocal y Acero Inoxidable).
• Conocimiento de Sistemas: Entendimiento general de sistemas de 24V, 120V y 480V.
• Equipos y Paneles: Conocimiento profundo de Switch Gear, PDP, MCC y DP; experiencia en instalación de bandejas portacables (Cable Tray).
• Cableado y Automatización: Experiencia práctica en cableado, controles, automatización y terminaciones.
