Working Foreman

We are a well\-established design build remodeling company seeking an experienced Working Carpenter Foreman to lead projects while remaining hands on in the field. Responsibilities

• Lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish
• Perform hands-on carpentry including framing, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and general remodeling
• Supervise and mentor carpenters and laborers
• Coordinate daily work with subcontractors and project management
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule while maintaining exceptional quality
• Read blueprints and execute work according to plans and specifications
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, vendors, and team members

Must have a truck and some tools
