Welton Building & Design is a growing residential remodeling company focused on delivering exceptional bathrooms, kitchens, decks, additions, and whole-home renovations.

Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day residential remodeling projects
- Perform hands-on carpentry and finish work
- Coordinate laborers and subcontractors
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Maintain project quality and jobsite cleanliness
- Identify and solve field issues independently
- Communicate project progress, schedule updates, and challenges
- Take progress photos and document project milestones
- Help keep projects on schedule and within budget
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience
Experience We're Looking For
- 5+ years of residential remodeling experience
- Bathrooms and kitchen remodels
- Framing and structural carpentry
- Finish carpentry
- Deck construction
- Doors and windows
- Drywall and trim
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Active California Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Personal hand and power tools
- Ability to lift and perform physical work
