Location: South Bay Area

We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter/Working Foreman. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well and is looking for long term employment.

We are a family run small business. We have been in business for over 50 years! We specialize in only Commerical and Industrial construction. We are looking for an employer who can hang wood and metal studs, and hang drywall and doors. All other trades are subcontracted out.

-We work in Public Safety Buildings, so at times a background check is mandatory

We are looking for someone willing to work M-F from 7am-3:30pm. Our work weeks will vary as some weeks are little hours. There is a possibility that each week is not 40hours.

-Perform hands-on carpentry and finish work
-Coordinate laborers and subcontractors
-Able to read and interpret plans and specifications
-Maintain project quality, communicate project progress, scheduling updates, challenges

Experience:
-5+ years experience
-Framing and Finish Carpentry
-Hanging Drywall
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
