Yacht Detailer/ Yacht Detailing Project Manager

Yacht Detailer/ Project Manager: $30-$55/Hr. depending on experience. We are a leader in the yacht detailing industry that maintains the highest standard in boat maintenance, yet with a very chill vibe. We are looking for a couple of yacht detailers with the hope that one or more can blossom into Project managers. we need a person to join our crew that strives to make a vessel shine inside and out. Boat detailing experience is a plus, but solid auto detailing chops will get you a look too.
What you will do: Wash, wax and polish hulls, decks and topsides. Detail brightwork, metal, glass to perfection. Clean/restore interior cabins, upholstery and fixtures. Work safely around docks and marinas.
What we are looking for: - Some detailing experience (boats or cars). -Cool working outside on the water (you're going to get wet...) -Own transportation around Kitsap County. An eye for detail and very much pride in your work. For the project manager roll, if you feel you are capable, we will discuss the responsibilities for this roll, but all will start in the detailer position, with opportunities to advance.
