NOW HIRING: Yard Dog / Yard Spotter Driver – $23/HR + WEEKLY PAY!

Are you an experienced Yard Dog / Yard Spotter Driver looking for a long-term opportunity? We are URGENTLY hiring dependable operators who can safely move trailers and shipping containers in a fast-paced industrial environment.

If you have experience operating a Yard Dog and are comfortable maneuvering 40-foot trailers in tight spaces, we want to hear from you!

Pay & Scheduled:

$23.00 per hour
WEEKLY PAY
Monday – Friday
6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Overtime Available & Encouraged
Position: Yard Dog

As a Yard Dog , you will be responsible for safely moving trailers throughout the yard while supporting daily shipping and receiving operations.

Job Responsibilities

Operate a Yard Dog to move tractor trailers and 40-foot shipping containers throughout the yard
Hook and unhook trailers safely and efficiently
Back trailers onto scales with precision
Document container numbers, weights, and required shipping information
Assist with unloading inbound hopper trucks
Coordinate with warehouse and operations personnel
Perform pre-trip inspections and report equipment issues
Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety procedures
Meet production schedules and daily deadlines while working as part of a small team
Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of Yard Dog/Hostler operating experience REQUIRED
Experience backing trailers into tight areas and onto scales
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Dependable attendance and excellent work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Overtime flexibility preferred
