About the Role:
At Wags 2 Whiskers, the front desk isn't a waiting room job. You're the face of a wellness-first pet care facility where every dog and cat gets treated like a patient, not a number.
We use MoeGo for scheduling and client management, offer grooming, daycare, boarding, and specialty wellness services — and we're growing fast. We need someone who can hold the front with warmth, precision, and genuine love for animals and the people who bring them in.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcoming clients and pets with confidence and warmth
- Managing appointments, check-ins, and check-outs in MoeGo
- Answering calls, texts, and inquiries — and converting them into bookings
- Communicating service upgrades and wellness offerings to pet parents
- Keeping the front of house clean, organized, and professional
- Coordinating with groomers and handlers to keep daily flow running smoothly
- Supporting the team in creating a genuinely exceptional client experience
What You Bring:
- Prior experience in a pet care setting (vet clinic, grooming salon, daycare, or shelter)
- Familiarity with MoeGo or similar booking/POS software is a big plus
- Strong communication skills — you're comfortable talking to people, not just pets
- Bilingual in Spanish and English? We'd love that
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and calm when things get busy
- You care about animals and you show it — this isn't just a job to you
